Welcome to Classic Flowers! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order or browsing our site, you agree to the following:
1. ORDERS
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Custom orders may require additional processing time.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
2. PRICING and PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in AED and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes.
- We accept payment via bank transfer or Zina.
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
3. DELIVERY
- We offer local delivery within UAE and strive to meet your selected date/time.
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10:00 am.
- If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the order in a safe location or contact the recipient directly.
4. SUBSTITUTION POLICY
- Due to seasonal availability, some flowers or packaging may be substituted with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel of your arrangement.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.
- If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will assess and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
6. CANCELLATION
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
- Custom or event orders may be non-refundable after a certain point in the preparation process.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- We are not liable for damages resulting from delays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, courier issues).
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
